Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapSense app. By downloading or using SnapSense, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

SnapSense is provided by Axain Studios ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the app, you confirm you are able to enter into these Terms and that you will comply with them and all applicable laws. If you are using SnapSense on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. License to use SnapSense

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use SnapSense on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own use, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SnapSense to analyze content you do not have the right to access or process, or to violate anyone's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or any related systems, or circumvent usage limits, ad delivery, or purchase mechanisms.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its outputs in a way that competes with SnapSense.

4. Your content

SnapSense processes the screenshots and images you provide ("Your Content") on your device to produce results. You retain all rights to Your Content. Because analysis happens on-device and we do not receive Your Content, we make no claim to it. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it with the app.

5. Accuracy & no professional advice

SnapSense uses automated recognition and heuristics. Extracted details — such as flight numbers, dates, amounts, addresses, or interpretations of errors — may be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify important information before relying on it. SnapSense does not provide legal, financial, medical, travel, or other professional advice, and its outputs should not be treated as such. You are responsible for reviewing any action (for example, a calendar event or a call) before you rely on it.

6. Subscriptions, billing & free tier

• Free tier. SnapSense offers a free tier with a limited number of analyses per month and core features. Limits may change over time.
• Premium. SnapSense Premium unlocks unlimited analyses, an ad-free experience, and additional features. Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.
• Billing. Purchases and subscriptions are processed and billed by Apple through your App Store account. If Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period's end.
• Managing & canceling. You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies.

7. Advertising

The free tier displays ads served through Google AdMob. By using the free tier, you acknowledge that ads will be shown and that ad delivery is subject to Google's terms and policies. Upgrading to Premium removes ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

8. Intellectual property

SnapSense, including its software, design, logo, and branding, is owned by Axain Studios and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. "SnapSense" and associated marks may not be used without our prior written permission.

9. Third-party services

SnapSense relies on Apple's operating-system frameworks and services, uses Google AdMob for advertising on the free tier, and processes purchases through Apple. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

SnapSense is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axain Studios and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) SnapSense — including any reliance on results the app produces. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

You may stop using SnapSense at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of SnapSense after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Axain Studios' principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
